How did you get to know us?

After receiving your booking we send you a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.
Once the receipt of the deposit and reservation costs are affected,
we will send you a confirmation by return and your reservation is definitive.

BOOKING CONDITIONS CAMPING
Prepayment:
Deposit: 15,- € per night. Reservation fee: 16,- €.
Payment
As soon as the advance payment not later than four weeks after sending your reservation form, is received by Mas de Nadal,
your reservation will be definitive and we will send you a confirmation.
Bank account
You can pay the advance payment at the bank of the Crédit Agricole Cahors Université, Louwhoff Mario, France.

Swiftcode: AGRIFR PP 812.
Please use the same name in reserving and paying.
Credit card payments are not excepted.
Cancellation
In case of an annulment, 4 weeks or less before the agreed date of arrival, no refund will be made.
If you do not arrive at the agreed date of arrival, your place will be available for 24 hours.
If we do not receive any message we can use the place for rental purposes after that period. You do not receive any refund at all.
The deposit per night is not refunded in case of early departure.
If during your stay, you decide to shorten it, we will ask you a flat rate of 15 euro/day on the canceled nights.
