How did you get to know us?

After receiving your booking we send you a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.
Once the receipt of the deposit, reservation costs and service costs are affected,
we will send you a confirmation by return and your reservation is definitive.

Prepayment
Deposit 140 € per week. Reservation fee 16,- €. Service 25,- €.
Payment
As soon as the advance payment not later than four weeks after sending your reservation form, is received by Mas de Nadal,
your reservation will be definitive and we will send you a confirmation.

You can pay the advance payment at the bank of the Crédit Agricole Cahors Université, Louwhoff Mario, France.

Credit card payments are not excepted.
Stay
Caravans are rented per week. Arrival Saturday after 16.00h, departure 10.00h on Saturday.
The rent includes the number of people, electricity and gas. The caravans are equipped with fridge, crockery, quilts, blankets, pillows, table, garden chairs, loungers and parasol.
Linen is not in the price and can be rented separately.
You should be clean at the caravan, as you have found him. It is not allowed to smoke in the caravan.
Pets are not allowed in the caravans.
Cancellation
In case of an annulment, 8 weeks or less before the agreed date of arrival, no refund at all will be made.
If you do not arrive at the agreed date of arrival, your caravan will be available for 24 hours.
If we do not receive any message we can use the caravan for rental purposes after that period. You do not receive any refund at all.
The deposit is not refunded in case of early departure.
